Information Collection and Use
PCPM Software collects personally identifiable information when you place an
order for a product or service and when you fill in a form for the purposes of
requesting information or providing feedback.
The information that we collect is your name, title, address, company name,
job title, phone number, fax number and email address. Additionally, for orders
only, we collect the products ordered, their quantity and value.
For orders only credit card details are collected by Netbanx Ltd. over a
secure link. These details are not collected by or made available to PCPM
Software Limited.
In normal configuration, all web servers including ours,
automatically receive and record information in server logs from browser
requests, including the IP address and the page requested.
PCPM Software uses information to fulfil your requests for products and
services, and (where your permission has explicitly been given) to contact you
about upgrades and new products.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
PCPM Software will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information
to anyone.
PCPM Software will send personally identifiable information about you to
other companies or people in any of the following circumstances:
- We have your consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information to provide the product or service you
have requested;
- We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of PCPM
Software to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you
differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally
identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to
assist us);
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process;
- We find that your actions on our web sites or usage of our products or
services violate the PCPM Software License agreements or Terms &
Conditions of Service.

PCPM Software may set and access PCPM Software cookies on your computer.
Other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages may
also set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of
their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.
Advertisers or other companies do not have access to PCPM Software's cookies.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Personally Identifiable Information
You may request an amendment to the information that you have supplied to us
by sending an email to webmaster@pcpmsoftware.co.uk
with details of the amendment.
Once an order has been placed and processed for products or services, PCPM
Software will keep the information supplied at that time as part of its normal
business records, as required by law.
Where information has been supplied solely in relation to an enquiry for
information or providing feedback you may request the deletion of the
information that you have supplied to us by sending an email to webmaster@pcpmsoftware.co.uk
with details of the amendment.
Security
For orders only credit card details are collected by Netbanx Ltd. using
industry-standard SSL-encryption. For further details relating to the security
of this information please refer to Netbanx Limited (http://www.netbanx.com).
These details are not collected by or made available to PCPM Software Limited.
Non-credit card information such as name and address is not collected using
SSL encryption.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
PCPM Software may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any
substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on
our pages.
